Byrd, a 35-year financial markets veteran, and Angie Byrd, an executive coach and wellness leader, the Ultimate Discord sits at the intersection of real-time market mastery, psychological depth, AI fluency, and a bold vision for the future of how human beings create and hold wealth.
We launched in March 2026. We are growing fast. And we are looking for one extraordinary person to help us build something that has never been built before.
THE ROLE
What Is a Chief of Everything?
This is not a typical job. There is no narrow job description. No lane to stay in. No bureaucracy to navigate.
You will be the operational and strategic right hand to Scott and Angie. You will run the day-to-day of the Discord so Scott can focus entirely on what he does best — trading live, coaching members, and building the vision. You will take ideas from Scott's brain and turn them into reality. You will build AI agents, manage community operations, capture and distribute content, coordinate with partners, and help architect what this community becomes over the next three to five years.
You will wear every hat. And you will be genuinely great at most of them.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Actually Do
Community Operations:
Own the day-to-day operations of the Ultimate Discord — channels, moderation, member experience, onboarding
Ensure every member feels seen, valued, and supported from day one
Build and manage systems that keep the community running smoothly without Scott or Angie having to touch every detail
Identify and resolve friction points in the member experience before they become problems
AI and Agent Building:
Build, deploy, and manage AI agents that serve the community — content agents, research agents, coaching support agents, market monitoring tools
Stay at the absolute frontier of what AI tools can do and constantly bring new capabilities into the community
Work with member companies to explore how agents can generate value for them — and for the Discord
Help build the infrastructure for the community's long-term AI-powered wealth creation vision
Content and Distribution:
Capture every live session Scott does and turn it into content — clips, quotes, newsletter material, podcast segments
Build and manage a content pipeline that turns one daily live session into 20+ pieces of content across TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email
Write, edit, and produce the weekly Ultimate Discord intelligence report for members
Manage the community's social media presence and growth channels
Strategic Execution:
Take Scott's ideas — big and small — and build the plan to execute them
Research new opportunities, tools, platforms, and partnerships and bring recommendations
Help build out new product and community offerings — inner circle, premium tiers, events, ventures
Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, developers, and any other external resources needed

Who You Are

Deeply fluent in AI — not just using it but building with it. You know Claude, GPT, automation tools, agent frameworks. You are genuinely excited about what's coming and you stay ahead of it.
Extraordinarily organized. You do not drop balls. You build systems so balls don't get dropped.
A builder. When you see a problem you build a solution. You don't wait to be told.
A genuine communicator. You can write well, speak clearly, and represent the Ultimate Discord brand with sophistication and authenticity.
Comfortable with ambiguity. This is an early stage operation. Things change. Plans evolve. You thrive in that environment rather than being paralyzed by it.
Aligned with the vision. You believe that human networks are the new asset class. You are interested in markets, psychology, consciousness, and the future of wealth. This is not just a job to you — it is a worldview you share.
Self-directed. You do not need to be managed. You need a vision and a mandate. Then you execute.
EXPERIENCE
What We're Looking For
We care far more about what you can do than where you've been. That said — here's what tends to indicate the right person:
2 to 5 years of experience in community management, operations, content, or a startup environment
Demonstrated experience building with AI tools — actual projects, actual agents, actual results
Experience in content creation, distribution, or social media management — you understand how content moves
Some familiarity with financial markets, trading, investing, or the wealth building space — not required but meaningful
Experience working directly with a founder or senior leader in a fast-moving environment
Strong writing skills — you will be writing for Scott's voice and for the community regularly
COMPENSATION & UPSIDE
What You Get
This is not a corporate role with a corporate comp structure. We are building something significant and we want the right person to share in what gets built.
Base salary: $60,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and what you bring
Performance upside tied directly to community growth and revenue milestones
Equity participation in community ventures as they develop
Direct access to Scott — 35 years of market knowledge and executive coaching experience
Front row seat to the build of something genuinely unprecedented in the community and network space
Remote — work from anywhere
